Susan Haise is an award winning, innovative business leader who changed the beauty industry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin by starting the first day spa in 1993. Susan opened her line of local Neroli Salon & Spas in 1993 and shortly after, opened two beauty institutes in 1994 - The Institute of Beauty and Wellness and Aveda Institute Madison.
Today Edgeless Beauty Group is the holding company for multiple additional brands in the cosmetic industry. These multiple brands are; The Institute of Beauty & Wellness, Aveda Institute Madison, Neroli Salon & Spas, Skn Bar Rx, Lash Addict, Urban Ayurveda, and Edgeless Beauty Pro

Alicia Warner is not just a seasoned professional in the aesthetics industry; she's a passionate educator dedicated to empowering individuals and businesses alike. With 14 illustrious years in the aesthetics arena, her expertise encompasses makeup, skincare, injectables, and cutting-edge devices.
Alicia's educational background is as diverse as her skills in the aesthetics field. Holding a bachelor's degree in mass communications, complemented by a minor in film and photography, Alicia's keen eye for detail and creative flair are evident. As a trained aesthetician and certified injector, her hands-on approach has beautified countless individuals and brought confidence to many.
However, beyond her aesthetic pursuits, it's her master's degree in education that speaks volumes about her core core philosophy. For Alicia, knowledge is the cornerstone of empowerment. With the firm belief that "knowledge is power," she is fervently committed to serving as a guiding light in the industry.

After Angelica earned her bachelor’s degree in business, she went on to earn her certification as an esthetician in the beauty industry. After 11 years of experience as both a technician and trainer for new Estheticians, Angelica discovered her true passion for education.
She attended training for advanced esthetics and moved into a medical setting, performing more in-depth treatments such as microneedling, laser skin resurfacing and laser hair removal. Angelica soon discovered Edgeless Beauty Pro and fell in love with Ultraceuticals. This led Angelica to her current role as the Regional Educator for Ultraceuticals.
